The Labyrinth is a replica of the one inlaid in the floor of Chartres Cathedral in France in approximately 1220 AD. It was installed as a prayer and meditation tool, and as a way for faithful Christians of the time unable to make an actual pilgrimage to the Holy Land, to do so symbolically by walking the Labyrinth.

Grace Cathedral has two replicas of this Labyrinth permanently installed on its grounds (one outdoors and one indoors) in recognition of the beauty and value of this ancient symbol and practice. These cast metal Labyrinth jewelry pieces were designed by Q Studios Jewlery Design to honor this tradition and image.
